It is pretty soft so you don’t have to worry about hurting someone and it also makes it good for throwing around indoors. If you plan on playing actual football with it and getting rough I wouldn’t expect it to last very long since it is only foam.

We were throwing it about 75’ and could have gone a little farther. This would make a good stocking stuffer or small gift for a boy or even an adult. Great football - my six year old loves it. This is a fun little foam football for a small price.

Doesn’t hurt for little kids to catch and they can get a great spin on it. Spins pretty good if you don’t over power it.
