Day two and already I feel I've got the hang of this clever device and can immediately feel afterwards that my lungs are working properly. I have now read the entire brochure and have scheduled a time into my diary to exercise my lungs using the AirPhysio each day. I use it three times a day for about eight to ten minutes per session and have found a tremendous relief getting sputum shifted plus my breathing is getting stronger exercising the lung capacity. Ideally, it helps me be far less reliant on increased meds and in a more constant state of good asthma management.
