If you are in a bit of a funk and need a little guidance to help you find yourself and your career path, then this is the perfect book for you. One of my favorite quotes in the book is “(the heart has its reason that the mind knows nothing of)”. This quote resonated with me deeply and reminded me to trust my heart and follow my passions.

Although some of the information does seem repetitive, it is worth noting that the author's focus is to ensure that you fully understand and absorb the messages conveyed in the book. I recently had the pleasure of reading a truly inspiring book that I would like to share with you. The book offers great tools to help change the ideas and thoughts in your mind and provides an excellent source of motivation for anyone struggling with anxiety and depression.
