Just saves me about 20-30 min every day, so totally worth it I use this almost every day for mincing garlic and ginger. This little gadget is great!

My old little Yorkie had all her teeth removed, but I didn't want to just give her mush, so everyday, twice a day, I'm prepping her meals with a little oil, a little dog food, a little meat and her meds for Cushing's. It works like a champ, with two caveats:1. but nothing beats the taste of doing it by hand, right? The large one will accomodate two or three cloves of garlic- halved for even chopping- or an inch of peeled ginger quartered.
