I have read that some people have problems with one of the headphones, with a lower volume or it has stopped ringing, they probably used them after bathing or they got wax in their ears, they should try to uncover the grille (if there is wax obstructing it) or put a moisture bag where they store the Zeros. Regarding not enough bass, I can tune up the bass on the custom setting so it doesn't bother me at all!

After hearing the Chu and now the Zero, I have come to believe that if an IEM opts for a pure sub-bass shelf, the amplitude of that shelf needs to be greater than what either of these IEMs displays. The Zero does not include a carry pouch or case. Don't master your new tracks with it. I personally use the small ones, and in comfort that's my point, the included rubber bands aren't that comfortable for me, but that's my problem, I've always had it with all the headphones that are inserted into the ear canal, I think I need a slightly smaller size.

SOURCES:I have used the 7Hz Salnotes Zero with the following sources:Qudelix 5KHidizs S9E1DA 9038DPACKAGING AND ACCESSORIES:The 7Hz Salnotes Zero comes in a small white cardboard box. The included 2-pin cable has two strands that are joined in parallel below the Y-split. 2. Fairly neutral in high and low and ideal for me during normal use.
