I put both of my cats feet on the card at the same time. Works great.

•••••••••••••••UPDATEI just wanted to share, as I think another reviewer commented, that the ink does not dry after you make your paw print. You don’t want your prints to get ruined so be very careful with it.

It would've been more helpful to put "paw here" and "paper here". It looks great and I can definitely use it for a tattoo. I loved doing this with all three of my cats.

Bree

This is important especially if your pet has passed away. Put the ink side onto the paper.

Very easy to use however my kitten was fussy so this was the best little print I could get before her little paw used the ink in the middle as shown in the picture but great to use if your pet isn't as fussy as mine I used a tiny piece of scotch tape on the upper edge just to hold the card in place so it wouldn’t smudge. He's a childhood pet and has been with me for half of my life as a 21 year old. I have also added a print from our dog that I made even after I used the ink pad 3 times.

In the second picture I used watercolour paper instead of the other card. 🐾💕Be careful when you open the plastic thing that holds the ink pad; the ink is exposed as soon as you open it (face up). I ended up buying this twice because I wasn't 100% happy with the results the first time (dog was not cooperative so it was hard to get a good imprint) and the ink had been used up in some spots.

When I opened the kit up I got two try papers and a ink pad. Some of the results were coming out blurry, so I trimmed the hair and got much better results. So after I got the print with him not corporating I tried again on the second paper and that one smudged. would have been so cute if I got it first try because of how dark the ink is at first, but it was just impossible.
