I was very excited when my request to read US THREE by Ruth Jones was granted on Netgalley. 🤩 Who doesn’t love Gavin and Stacey and I enjoyed Never Greener. 🥰 She really gets to the core of her characters.

Recommend to bookworms who👇~ enjoy stories about female friendships~ want a big hearted book and probably a little cry. This was such a heart-warming book! Everything you would expect from Ruth Jones. I really couldn't fault this book, and if you're a huge fan of Gavin and Stacey like I am, then I really think you would enjoy this too.

The characters were so well written and really likeable with a believable friendship which probably made me enjoy it more. 😉 I adored it from start to finish, the friendships spanning decades, the mismatched families, the love and the adoration of every character.

The story is told a chapter at a time through each of the friends perspectives and occasionally from some of the men involved. ✨Review✨This is not my usual type of read, but I'm a big fan of Ruth Jones, and after loving Never Greener, I decided I must read this one too. I wish it was longer and I will definitely be reading it again (once I’ve passed it to all of my friends to read too! I fell in love with the characters as we follow them from their playground pact to their adult lives and as we became entwined in all their adventures along the way.
