What dangers lie in the shadows and is Batman truly a creature of the night is fully explored and makes for a fun read. I just wish like other readers that it lasted a little longer and we could have spent more time in the dark. Straightforward narrative with some plot holes and no significant surprises. Visually striking and adding a sense of menace Jock's art and color palette grab the reader and don't let go.

DC Black Label continues to shine with this dark and atmospheric story somewhat similar to the movie 16 Blocks. Story was fast paced and action packed, and the art was fantastic!

Batman has to deliver a supervillain to Blackgate Prison on foot due to a massive power outage. The main reason anyone would consider buying this book is for the art. Very artful, and really great story
