Although this book is available with Audible Plus and Kindle, I insisted on getting a hard copy because the design of the book of so cool! Thought each opening for the chapters were funny as it had descriptions of items of the store inside.

It's such a clever idea to title the chapters after specific furniture items, and to have these morph into torturous devices as the book goes along. The design continues within the cover pages, further resembling a furniture catalog with a detailed store map, index, ads, and even an Orsk order form!

How maddening ! There are some fairly sinister and gruesome moments - I actively recoiled when Amy's fingernail peeled off 'like a wet stamp' - but it wasn't too scary a read. Horrorstör is no exception. But as they walk the hallways of the store, they begin to realize something far more terrifying is going on.
