. This routine as reduced outbreaks significantly (so long as I get plenty of rest) and when I do get a breakout they only last about 4 days before it's gone. It is used directly on the tingling area, when it still has not come out of the bladder and prevents its formation. The only thing to be careful is that it uses a strong heat that initially, not being used to it, can bother, but then you get used to it.

I had tried with any remedy both officinal, pharmacological, and home but nothing, until I knew this magic pen. Or if used when already the viscica is out you can use it to reduce duration times and to accelerate healing. Instead of the horrible and awkward crusts, I ended up leaving three micro crusts barely visible.

The device will then turn off automatically. Whenever I have a tingle I immediately use HERPOthermTo use HERPOtherm, just turn the device on (there’s a red light to indicate when it’s turned on). Didn't use it for a while, (few months) when I did I think the battery may have leaked as the device didn't work. The plate will warm up to around 51 degrees, for 3 seconds. It does not completely eradicate the cold sore as I think that is something that is not possible as yet, but the followng will help other cold sore suffers. I have suffered lots with coldsores over the years and I have finally found a decent routine that helps. If I wasn't so lucky, found it cut the healing time down massively.
