Might spam a little some FB groups with the recommendation too 😁It was definitely a slow burn romance but tension and fire between Ally and Dominic was there since the very beginning. His mum feels bad and hires her at their magazine and thus an epic love story begins. I loved the enemies to lovers, office mates to romantic mates transformation between Ally and Dominic.

They were so well fleshed out. lt was a breath of fresh air to have main characters slightly older,and the supporting cast are absolutely brilliant to. ✅️ loved their nicknames for eachother and Dom & Allys banter was 👌👌✅️ they were a lot older, he's 44 and she's 39✅️ the grovelling✅️ when he was dominate in the bedroom but would still ask for consent to do the simplest things and I found that 🔥✅️ there's a bonus epilogue so don't forget to click on the link if you're using an e-readerI'm at this point in my life where I just need a billionaire CEO to fall in love with me and give me everything I dream of, is that too much to ask? Dominic and his mom face their daddy/husband betrayal, Ally deals with her dad and finances and all is HEA.

Very classic rom com-slow burn, seemingly dominant male, Dual POV, mild steam until about 60%, solid 4/5 open door spice, mild trigger warning for off page sexual harassment in the office and a lap dance scene in a strip club. Lucy knows how to deliver the cutest romcoms. 10/5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I haven’t expected to love this book this much.
