I can see why amazon did this however as a lot of people wouldn't be comfortable doing that, the pre-cut squares design is "tool-less". I searched around for quite a while before deciding to purchase this Amazon Basic Large Case.

However, even at full price, it's a worthwhile investment for safeguarding your precious equipment. At the value point, I think this was/is fine. Previously, I needed two bags to carry my cameras, but now, I can fit them all in this single case (see the picture).

Once bottom layer of foam was plucked to shape and size, I then mirrored this same with the top layer. I found the reviews on this one great so I bought one.

The pictures show the product next to a well-travelled hold luggage case, which was used for international flights and measures 144cm incl of wheels total length (so a little to spare on the airlines I used). 2 cameras and 5 lenses ✅Bit snug but perfect for my needs. SturdinessVery well made and seems very strong.
