Deaver is a master at creating a twisty plot that sucked me in and just when I thought I knew what was happening, BAM - I was thrown off course! I’d recommend Hunting Time to all thriller fans. But Colter isn’t the only person looking for Allison and with peril lurking behind every corner, he must race against time to protect her. He’s my new one click author.
Colter was an intriguing character and a handy guy to have on side in a crisis with his survivalist skills. The bad guys were convincingly terrifying and gave me the chills. Hunting Time is a nail biting, twisty and gripping thriller, that kept me hooked until the last page.
Colter Shaw has been hired by her boss to find and protect her, but as Alison is an expert at escape and evasion, she gives Colter a run for his money. I’m looking forward to reading more about his back story in the previous books.
My heart was in my throat for large parts of the plot as Allison, Hannah and Colter escaped from one death defying drama to the next. The story is action packed and the momentum doesn’t let up as we follow Allison on her relentless chase from one motel or hideaway to another with interesting side stories along the way.
