I found it difficult to mix without a shaker or a liquidiser (see picture after very vigorous stirring) but with either of them you do get a really smooth mix. Stick to those simple instructions and you'll get 10 servings per bag. You can add it to the milk to be a good diet. This is a tasty meal replacement by XLS,described by them as "Chocolate Crush" that is refreshingly easy to "whip up".

When drinking the shake is smooth, and no horrible gritty taste. What I did find though were dried strawberries that do add the flavour with added texture. However, I know some vitamins, etc are damaged by too much heat so if you are worried about that, do drink it cold, it’s just my personal preference to have it hot.

I pour 300ml of milk into a shaker, add 25gm of Chocolate Crush powder then give it a vigorous shake before pouring it into a glass. A nice pleasant strawberry taste. I like a hot drink so thought I would try this with hot milk. Im able to get all the protein I need without having to worry about the bad stomach.

It’s my fault, to lazy to make breakfast. The resultant milk drink had an excellent choco-milk taste that was highly palatable and refreshing, especially when consumed after a workout.

The expired date is July 2023 so still plenty of time to use. It was creamy and very pleasant, far better than cold, in my opinion.

Very nice vanilla taste shake. The strawberry isn’t too sweet and sickening like most I’ve tried. when something healthy is a treat as well that's a massive bonus.
