2. Final thoughts - This is a much cheaper work-around-able option than sound proofing your room. Don't seal completely and play some music to dampen further your dampened voice and it'll work just fine. I think there was something wrong with the strap that was attached because mine did not look like the one on instruction pictures/videos (see the pic attached).

The media could not be loaded. It does what it said. Very happy I got a surbut quickly much earlier than planned but the most important thing is that it works. I honestly still feel that enough sound gets out to make me insecure about it, so I still blast music on moderate volume when I decide to practice.
