I used these to gradually layer colour onto my peony drawing over brown paper and I love how it turned out! Technique and paper has a lot to do with the blending.

You can see the oil art n fly pencils have a more rich colour pigments and I am very happy with them. Of course there are a lot of shades and tones to each colour so whatever your project is you will find the right colour you need. I’ll still use my other colour pencils but only for my important artwork since they have more pigment and blend better.

The tip of the pencil is kind of soft and it’s really easy to apply it on the paper you’re working with. The media could not be loaded. Pencils and easy to sharpen and my only complaint is at the tip tends to crumble on some of them as you can see in the picture with the black one that it’s quite short now because when I sharpened it it kept breaking and crumbling. The colours are vibrant yet natural so I was able to do realistic drawings without it looking neon or childish.

I personally love everything about these, especially the quality considering the price. If the colour is not there then you just have to apply two of them together to mix them and form a new colour and that works as well. Just love these, i have another set of (much more expensive pencils) but these i find fabulous, and use them more than my others.
