Standard Equipment:
Comes in two parts with two m6x10mm screws. Place the part with the hose connection on first, then attach the part which covers the routing area. Attaches to the DeWalt DCW600 cordless and the DWP611 corded trim routers using the DNP612 plunge base. If you need more visibility, you can use just the hose section while leaving the routing area cover off. LED light and clear plastic fixed base provide superior bit visibility. Allows quick and easy bit and base changes.

more stabl All I can say is I'm really glad I went for this compact router instead of a full sized one - this Dewalt is more than enough for my needs, and being compact it's a good price considering you get the fixed and plunge bases included.

i bought the dewalt palm router and it comes with a plunger base as well. Good job Dewalt! I liked Makita's lightness and elegance and Bosch's soft grip and lightness, but this one attracted me by LED lighted clear base, solid look, good price for a combo set with carry-on zipped bag, the last drop being currently a best seller on Amazon (go with the crowd:)).

this router has a two light led built in and what a diffrence that makes. I haven't had any issues thus far with power or functionality of the unit. I've uploaded a few unboxing pictures.

Never used a router before. It came this way in the box, which appeared to be factory sealed, so I’m not sure what’s going on. one day we decided to get into wood working together.

The router has a lot of promise, but for some reason, i received a round collet nut with mine. Power suitable for working on virtually any type of wood or material. All locking clamps work as expected, adjustments rings pose no issues. Wish that the round one was included in the kit as standard but that probably would make DW less money, shame.
