Will the amount of resin in the sole be higher if it is spikeless? I've worn Mizuno spike shoes for a few years. The spikes on the back were cut to shreds in several places, so if you try to replace only the spikes, they say you can't remove them without a unique spike wrench. Best golf trainers on the market, a must buy for all seasons of golf as they are comfortable and completely waterproof, definitely expensive but you get what you pay for as they are a quality item for all golfers

The design is also good. ① Shoelace method ② Spikeless ③ Wide/instep height The actual length of the foot is 272 mm, so I bought 28 cm.
If so, I decided to buy spikeless, which is popular recently. It's not light, but it doesn't feel heavy. (See photo, left side as usual, right side with further dango ties) After that, tie the waffle-shaped strings together in a bun and it's done.
Tick-twirling tightening method (seems to be called the Boa method). First, tie a bow as usual.
One leg is 324 g for Mizuno and 436 g for Puma. Occasionally, reviews indicate that “the shoelace method loosens during a round,” but I'll tell you how to never loosen shoelaces.
