Burning with the fires of hope and possibility, As Long as the Lemon Trees Grow will sweep you up and never let you go. Illume is an experience for readers that's meant to showcase a careful selection of titles much in the same way an art gallery would display an exhibition. Now Salama volunteers at a hospital in Homs, helping the wounded who flood through the doors. The page size:25,6 cm x 16,2 cm / 10,08 in x 6,38 in The print features a Lemon tree. The slightly uneven printing and unique imperfections of each page ensure an authenticity that will stand out in your home.
A searing novel set in war-torn Syria, Katouh's deeply powerful work centres around Salama and her agonising decision as to whether to flee her native country or stay and help those in danger.

Peace through understanding is demonstrated in Sandy Tolan's nonfiction account of a meaningful dialogue. THE LEMON TREE is written in narrative prose, describing the relationship between an Arab and Jew and the lemon tree that brings them together. As I explained to my sixth-grade students, peace can come through a meeting of the minds when conpromise is present.
Read this intrinsic optimistic piece, giving the world hope in the 21st century.
