Haven’t used it in water quite yet So if you’re considering it, you can definitely get away without it. Wonderful! Mine is honestly silent while using (without vibration)I highly recommend this product!

You have to hold down the top button down for the pulse to come on then you can change the settings. This product is the real deal. And believe you me it gets the job DONE! !
