This book gives a self-employed person like myself perspective and guidelines to keep me in control of my business without letting it take control of my personal life. A breathe of fresh air for any entrepreneur feeling the pressure to grow but not wanting to lose the reason you started in the first place. The mindset of growth is dangerous for a lot of companies and employees as things can go bad and it's hard to fix them.
