It does an excellent job. For the 90$ I paid, this grinder offers big step up in terms of grind quality. This is for swaggers! Until now, I have been using an electric spice grinder to grind my coffee.

The grind consistency is great. I love the design and the feel of the grinder while working the coffee bean. It seems prone to static buildup.

The grinder is heavier than expected and feels extremely sturdy. I don’t know why they didn’t use lock-tite. I haven’t sprayed water on my beans, so I should probably try that before mentioning the issue.
