I put this one into the fridge just to chill as it is then easier to drink, i have done this only 5 to 6 times and have noticed the kefir has expanded to the extent that i will soon be able to split into 2 jars and make up twice the amount of milk. Brilliant product and easy to use, i sterilised 2 glass jars so add the kefir and milk in one then leave for 24hrs and strain into the other clean jar.
