I have a number of MegaDrive controller which are all wired with exception to the 2 wireless ones that came with my AT Games megadrive, But - as its nearly christmas i thought id treat myself to a new one for use solely with my new ZX Spectrum Next that was due to be delivered anytime. so good thanks amazon Ive been using the 9 pin receiver, but this also comes with a usb receiver so it can be used on things like a PC and raspberry pi. Its a great build quality, i love the red colour, and the case is an added bonus.

Overall im more than impressed, in a day and age where you seem to be paying far more than something is worth - i think you get quite a lot of bang for your buck with this controllerOnly time will tell with regards to its lifespan, but at that price, id happily but another in a few years Ive been using it now for a week, trying out various games and for the price ive found it perfectly suitable for us on retro consoles.
