Each recipe has a chatty introduction, waste tips and sometimes additional informative notes. ! Incredible! I am thrilled with this beautiful book of plant based , vegan, recipes.
It uses easily available ingredients, cleverly combined to create delicious flavours. There is a very useful index at the back of the book. Would highly recommend! The book is divided into seasons when the main vegetable/fruit ingredient is available, with a number of recipes for each of those plants.
Have learnt so much about seasons, waste & how to store food.
