The capsules are a nice size. ! Because of IBS I felt no real hunger and didnt even enjoy eating ! I have a number of their supplements as I believe they are the very BEST!

One tablet per day. I definitely feel lighter now, my metabolism has improved, have more hours of good sleep and my skin does not feel so dry either. My hunger is perfectly normal again and I enjoy my beloved food more than ever !

Nu U bio culture was recommended by a pharmacist. Every bottle I bought came sealed like the picture, so I would reject a bottle that doesn't come sealed. Don't taste of anything and don't smell funny. There's also evidence to suggest there's a link to all sorts of other conditions (depression, autism etc).

You're basically looking for mould life in it. There's a good supply of probiotics in this product. Don't think I've had a normal pooh for ages.

I'd you see something similar to the images, it's alive. And then after 4 days or less, it's cleared up my diarrhoea, and I'm back to a normal bowl movement.
