I wish they made one for the whole arm! It gives enough pressure and very easy to use. It took me a few times to figure out how far to place my hand to hit all the areas.

I bought the Roleo and this at the same time and use it every Friday or after a long day on the record. Because she took care my daughter most of the time, did a lot of homework, although she used a lot of lotion after that but didn’t help too much. I use this for 5 min each hand every day.

The top of the machine is open to allow you to stick as much of your arm up into the machine as possible. I put my hand far enough inside so my wrist can also get some action too. It is good to massage the hand before sleep and you will wake up in the morning without hurt! The only thing I’d love Breo to have it in the future is the kneading/rolling part to be included in this massager.

The charge lasts forever, and you can manipulate the time (the default is 5 min). There is a lot of pressure which you can increase, and different levels of heat. this product is really good, nice looking, work well and easy to carry. I have carpal tunnel and it really helps when it's bothering me.
