I can't comment on the accuracy as have nothing to compare it to, but you will get a small fluctuation in the readings depending on various factors, like if you've been exercising, if it's hot or cold weather, or in my case if you're having a hot flush! PROS:Seems to be accurateEasy to useBatteries includedTwo modes - one for body temperature, one for surfaces, food etc.

It matched the other thermometer and although slightly confusing at first and a bit annoying it is still easy to use. Measures temperature in half a second without having to touch skin. what more can you ask for? On the whole a great product and a useful thing to have around at the moment, would recommend!

We bought this originally for my friend's baby shower but then needed it to check accuracy of our thermometer when temperature hit 39. This is great for when children are sleeping as you can take their temperature without disturbing them!

8. CONS:Modes are a tiny bit confusing at first, don't confuse 'Lo' warning with low battery warning! Worth mentioning something that confused me, when you use the gun for the first time it might show a warning saying 'Lo' - this doesn't mean the batteries are low, it shows this when you have it in 'body' scanning mode and point it at something too cold to be a human!

It's supposed to measure your temperature, which is does perfectly well, it doesn't need to look like it's from the future, hopefully you'll only need to use it a couple of times a year, there is no need to spend more time or money on it The results show as the number but also colours - green, yellow & red.

Since it is contact-free, it is easier to use and more hygienic. For £16 this is a pleasantly simple device which is surprisingly fast. It was securely packed and delivery quick! For the bad reviews on here I would say you must have got a dud, send it back and get another as these are brilliant!

The material is very lightweight which makes this product feel like a kid's toy but is that really a problem? To use it, it's as simple as holding it a couple of centimetres from the forehead and pressing the button.
