The tablets are bit big in size to swallow but it's not a big deal. Firstly I never write reviews…. All this has helped to bring my hair loss under control and has also promoted hair growth.

They are big but just have plenty of water. Pics attached for reference, 1st pic shows like bald spot because of hair thinning, and 2nd pic shows how baby hairs have grown at the same spot.

I've been advised to take Collagen as I'm going through menopause, I chose this particular brand because it contained turmeric, kelp, blueberry and it was resonably priced. I ordered this collagen a couple of weeks ago and I have already noticed a big difference on my nails and hair. hope you have found the review helpful. Sometimes thinking too much makes things more difficult i persevered.

Now i did incorporate folic acid in 2 weeks ago daily as I heard it can make a big difference. I can notice the difference in my skin and hair also. I took this collagen for 4 month and feel very happy! I will continue for 3 months to see if even more change and try to update on here.
