He said in the book that this was perhaps the most amazing experience in his life. In this book, one of the greatest miracles that happened was when his legs were completely crippled, and he was in solitary confinement, on the third floor of a maximum security prison in Zhengzhou province in China, and God healed his legs completely, and then had him walk out past three iron-clad gates, right past perhaps 15 guards, including across the courtyard, where many guards were, right out the front gate, into a waiting taxi. I believe the situation can only be redeemed with a huge amount of prayer, in all it's forms, and I cannot see that the churches are willing to make that sort of momentous sacrifice.

This, and his next book, shows how far the Christian church in the West has drastically strayed from the true spirit and teaching of Jesus Christ. I love both miracles, but the most refreshing part is how God started a true modern day revival in China, and helps me to refocus my own Christianity off of myself, and onto the great need for evangelism in this day. That and his miraculous 74 day fast from food and water. God then helped him to avoid capture by providing a downpour of a rain storm to foil the search dogs, and he was not found in spite of the search of most houses and cars in the area.
