I've started to use this cream and it has been amazing so far. I usually use Hydrocortisone cream but it wasn't working this year. E45 should be a bit more honest on their advertising information.

I suffer with Pompholyx (dyshidrotic eczema) on my hands every summer because of the heat. After receiving the item, I looked at the ingredients list on the box. The ingredients list on the box is different to the ingredients list stated on Amazon. This is the first non-steroid cream that’s actually clearing up my eczema, rather than just soothing the itch.
