Perfect for my caller bag for when I'm on long journeys in my Audi They do swell a bit in the process - but that's normal for blocks of this type. Thus far, we have no complaints ☺️☺️ ).

As such, they can be inserted between bottles and tupperware boxes to give maximum and even cooling. .

I use them in our Thermos 30l cool bag where they fit perfectly. In a well stocked cool bag, they easily last for 6+ hours - even in a high ambient temperature (but don't leave the cool bag directly in the sun! Very useful for when we have warm weather. Overall recommened.
