The rubbery material used on the squirting mechanism button isn't durable as I've had two brushed break in about six months (I stored the brushed in their own rack and pushed the button only 2-5 times per day). However, I did contact OXO directly and did get customer service. I contacted Amazon on this matter, but they were not able to send me another replacement brush. I like the idea of this dish brush as I often feel like I'm wasting time, water and dishwashing liquid when I try to wash a single dish.

I do recommend this brush as you will probably save a lot of water and dishwashing liquid using it. Have two of these, purchased well over a year ago and still going strong.

uk and I've always got nothing but high quality at a low price. The media could not be loaded. The replacement heads are also very convenient. While this a great dish brush, it does have three issues with its design.

The brush head comes off a bit too easily and it might even happen during dish washing. Really useful and easy to clean - the brush head slides off and can be put in the dishwasher for a good clean.

This leads to the soap container getting empty within a week. However, there seems to be a design flaw in this brush. One thing I can recommend to prevent this from breaking is keeping the soap topped up so you don't have to push the button so hard, causing unnecessary wear and tear to the gasket.
