The seemingly handwritten notes are a nice touch. Overall I am pleased with the purchase and glad to add it to my collection.

All in all the story was very similar but added enough that it didn't feel like I was just reading the script of the movie. The illustrations in the back were so cool to examine and I loved seeing Jim Hensons thought process and the way he came up with obstacles for Sarah and ideas for scenes that ended up not making the cut.

(Plus you get to see Jim Henson’s personal notes years before the movie ! Absolutely excited to read this! Haven't got through it all yet, but so far it's a great read and the notes by Jim Hansen /drawings by Brian Froud are a treat.
Not a Karen
There's a lot more depth to him in the novelisation, and I couldn't stop giggling. It goes mostly by the movie, but there are little added extras that make it a riot: my favourite being a lot of Jareth's parts. I absolutely love the movie and when I found out there was a book version, I knew I had to get it.

In the back are some drawings and Jim’s notes which are cool to check out. I was very impressed with this book it followed the storyline of the movie only adding on to the already wonderful story resulting in a tasteful expansion of the Labyrinths story. If you’re a Labyrinth fan or just would like a fantasy book, GET THIS RIGHT NOW ! Nice looking for what it is.
