The device is a little heavy but not overly so. Very easy to use and does a great job. This is my first steam mop so I have no reference for comparison however I am immensely impressed with it's performance.

I was shocked at how dirty the pads were after cleaning what I thought was a relatively clean floor. With this product it has taken a lot of the manual work away making it much easier along with achieving much cleaner results.

The only reason I have knocked a star off is because I do think it is a little pricey. Nice and easy to operate using the instructions provided and isnt hard to clean the pads either.

Really easy to use and the versatility of this cleaner is the best we have had. I was really nervous to use this product initially as there are some types of hard floor it is not suitable for but has been fine in my bathroom and kitchen so far. The rotating heads are really great the steamer is light and Mano red so easily, makes the floors look clean and fresh.
