They have that same light, but crunchy consistency to them. Although they won't replace a protein shake (that typically has 20grams-40grams of protein per serving), 8grams of protein is much higher than a standard cereal you'd pick up from the supermarket and by the time you add milk you're just about at a suitable serving for those on a high-protein diet.

Excellent

The asking price is pretty high, so it's not something I'd eat every day, but it's good to have in the cupboard to chuck in a bag if I'm going on a trip or running late to work. Pleasantly surprised by the taste and I've been ordering it for the past couple of weeks.

Looking forward to try the other flavours when I get round to it! In my opinion, it tastes just as good as sugary cereals if not better.

Thought I'd be the first in my flat to try this cereal (trying to eat healthier) and bought the Cinnamon FLAVOUR. I’m hooked! Worth the price.

The sugar content is also pretty low, under half of what you'd find in a typical cereal, and they haven't put any artificial sweeteners in the cereal (that I could notice from the ingredients list) to achieve this - good for those, like me, not keen on artificial sweeteners. It is good for any time of the day. Each pack contains a whopping 8. Here you get 8 square boxes of 30grams worth of cereal.
