Such an incredible products. This has become my go-to for quick, easy baked desserts - the texture is moist, the flavour has a natural sweetness meaning I need to add less additional sweetener and the calories are much less compared to other healthy flours like almond and coconut.

Didn’t realise how moist this flour is. It has a natural sweetness to it also which meant I didn’t need to add sugar to my cookie recipe. Because of the no nut policy in most schools, tigernut has been particularly helpful and become my go-to.

It’s the only flour I’ve ever used that actually enhances the moisture and texture of whatever you’re making. I made the most DELICIOUS cookies We go through SO much strp’d every week- I use it almost every morning to make pancakes for my son that are weekday friendly, and I also use it for all my dessert baking. Would highly recommend to all, especially those looking to add clean and healthy treats for their little ones lunchboxes.

I particularly love using this flour to make healthy lunchbox snacks for my kids. Really recommend this Tiger Nut flour. Produced some very delicious cookies using Strp’d flour. Have uploaded a photo for anyone interested in the outcome to see how they came out - very moist, very tasty and not too sweet :)!
