75ml and not 0. A lot of other more established brands out there are half the strength of this CBD oil but double the price. g. This blend consists of MCT oil, actual hemp extract that is cannabidiol and lime flavouring.

After a few days of no side effects, I started taking the full dose (I took half the recommended dose twice a day - half in the morning, half in the evening and this is how I take the oil everyday). Other than this I am quite happy with the quality of the oil blend, its taste and the results from using it. It took around a week to start noticing benefits. I did prefer this flavour compared to others.

I started with half the recommended dosage in order to get my body used to the oil itself - I'm always a tad wary with new supplements to my diet as I have IBS. 75ml so you have to fiddle with the amount of oil and move the air bubble up and down to make sure that it is 0. Even those meds barely work so I don’t expect much from CBD oil but if it did work much the same as the meds, I would stop taking them and just take the oil and this would be the CBD oil I would go for because of the taste.

It’s dispensed by a pipette – measurements are clearly labelled. It’s a clear liquid and a light tap makes any bubbles disappear. AT 30mls, this is a small bottle but currently retailing at £18. 70mlPerhaps a different type of pipette to be enclosed separately would work better?

It does twinge a bit now and then depending on my level of physical movement, but nothing compared to what it was. In the past, I tried mint-flavoured CBD oil but now I prefer lime flavour because for me it takes away from the clogging viscosity of this oil blend more than the minty taste.

I do get the occasional one after a particularly stressful day, but it's nowhere near as bad as usual and goes away with a nap or some painkillers. Good stuff this im getting a proper nights sleep and waking up real fresh This oil isn’t as good as some of the more expensive oils I’ve used. MCT stands for Medium chain triglycerides.
