Item was replaced in 24 hours, and powder quality is high end salon standards. After I recovered from having Covid two years ago, my hair has never been the same. Make sure you ask them to check the mirror is not shattered prior to delivery. On the top of my head, my scalp shines through in some places, a bit of stray hair on it.
