But oh dear, for every murder there is a murderer, and more skeletons appear out of nowhere in the closets. Sloppiness and less-clean appearances were expected. This is one of my most favourite book. I loved how they embraced their roles as detectives and how it was shown across the pages.

I like how the twists and turns are mentioned and the murder investigation is done so beautifully that it keeps you engaging. Everyone at the school treats her differently sometimes because of it, especially after everyone starts coming up with rumors about why certain people are disappearing from their lives at the school. Until she discovered the secret to melt into the mass of girls in the school. They are quite successful in digging up secrets from everybody in school, with Daisy the number one snoop.

Hazel isn't too worried about them since she is just trying to solve the case with Daisy. Hazel knew better. My favorite parts of the book is when they go and find clues and when the story comes together because it sure was a surprise!

It was the secret of the rich girls in school. It was just the perfect set-up. Prestige, honor, and tradition draw the best of the best to the school. Two thirteen year old girls, Hazel Wong(from Hong Kong) and Daisy Wells (from the English upper classes) have formed their own secret club, the Wells and Wong Detective Society at the Deepdean School for Girls in England.

I am giving Murder is Bad Manners by Robin Stevens four stars, and I'm recommending it to anyone who wants to pick up this series for themselves or a kid that they think would enjoy a terrific murder mystery at an English girl's boarding school back in the 1930s. Over all, this is a thrilling book that I would recommend for anyone ages 10-14.

The drama managed to keep me totally immersed in the atmosphere of the time, the labyrinth of suspects, the guessing of motives and the neverending suspense. I loved this whodunnit.
