Spicy, herby, veggie, meaty, hot, cold it’s all here. I bought this cookbook because I was intrigued by the fusion concept of some of my favorite cuisines; Italian, Mexican, and Brazilian! Overall beautiful and inspiring. I am obsessed with this beautiful book and everything Ixta has created within it!

I’ve made 6 dishes so far - each very easy to follow - and every one has been a show stopper! I have had to swap some ingredients as I haven’t had them in my store cupboard but that hasn’t effected the final dish.

I’ve bookmarked so many of the pages for future cooking and can tell I’ll be revisiting many of the recipes over and over. I love a cook book, and I’ve got many - but lately the last few I’ve bought havent offered anything exciting and are collecting dust. The deservedly hyped prawn lasagne recipe is truly fantastic and will leave guests at the dinner table extremely happy.

This book will not disappoint It’s a real mish-mash but lovers of big flavours and Mexican , South American, Italian and chilli won’t be disappointed. I also think the cost of the recipes is pretty affordable; Ixta has a knack of getting a lot of flavour out of a few everyday ingredients. One of the best cookbooks ever written

There’s nothing in here that I’ve seen anywhere else which makes it really exciting. They are exciting and packed with flavour but are unpretentious. Cannot recommend this book highly enough and personally cannot wait to make some more of the recipes!
