My nipples were cracked even bleeding and I put these one and literally in a couple hour my nipples were not sore or hurting anymore! Believe me, I tried. that’s one of the big downsides.

The other is that it’s a bit out of shape for people with flat nipples and that was a struggle to adapt. Nothing compared to a cooling sensation after a feed when your nipple hurts so much.

I wore them anytime I was not breastfeeding for the first 6 weeks, now I just use them intermittently every few days. I wear them when baby is done latching to prevén further damage and it’s the best thing ever!

After several days of breastfeeding, I would say this is the perfect choice. Mine unfortunately were very easily damaged in the first couple of days. Best thing ever! After several hours of using this, the redness on the nipple from feeding gradually fades away.

Great product, bought them for my sister and she’s having great success with them too. I do think most of it was the milk you leave in them. After my first 48 hours of breastfeeding (and forgetting I had these) my nipples were so sore and started to blister and bleed. The only con is the price but I can tell you they are worth it, don’t go for all the creams and the shells and shields, you’ll end up paying more with everything else.
