I added to my way of eating: 1. ), etc. What is considered "normal" glucose levels is not ideal at all, especially as we get older.

As someone with insulin resistance I found this book amazingly helpful. I am so thankful to Jessie, for such a fantastic book! I've got a CGM fitted to test the claims in this book and I can see that they are 100% true – not a hype! By comparison, earlier in the day a breakfast of just 30g of no-added sugar raisin wheats consumed on an empty stomach spiked my glucose to over 7 and caused a sugar crash 90 mins later!
