They have a 6 month shelf life once opened with is longer than most! I opened the product and read the instructions that said don't use products if any seal of outer box was broken, I then noticed the bottom of the box looked like the sealing tape was cut open.

I’ve seen a few negative reviews about arriving opened! Can't live without it especially since i suffer from dry eyes I’ve used before.

Mine arrived with plastic wrap and also seal on the box. Excellent product! Update: replacement product box was fine. Love it.
